We also have an online Technical Library & Trouble-shooting Repository for enabling easy access to technical support for all Service Engineers and Customer Care Officers.

Back-end L4 Repair Support

We have tie-up with few state of art Level-4 Repair cum Refurbishment Factories for repair and / or refurbishment of defective mobiles phones and LED-TV panels, which can help brands with faster refurbishment of their defective stocks into ETN units.

Spare Parts Management

Ettore Care has CRM Suite supports full spare parts inventory management for carry-in as well as onsite call closure with parts tagging and validations for product / service parts returns with proper tracking. Our parts management module enables service centres to tag part pending calls with correct parts description and part codes, view real-time inventories available at all warehouses / hubs, forecast & planning, spares indent, PO fulfilment, invoicing and defective return options. Our Main Warehouse is located in Noida and it is supported by Branch Warehouses in Kolkata and few other locations. Our online system ensures right parts are available at the right time and caters to both MSL requirement and on-demand parts.
